The Zumba program is a new program which was incepted on the 6th of May 2017. The program is conducted by Ms Pansy Lau who is a registered fitness instructor with the Ministry of Education and has been teaching a wide genre of dance and fitness classes for over 10 years.

DSA (S) Zumba program provides a full body workout for our members, touching on almost every muscle and joint. Zumba allows our members to perform cardio and practice muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. Pansy guides our members in moving and dancing to energetic music and choreographies in genres such as hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo.
