Swimming lessons are conducted by the experienced coaches of SpeediSwim Acquatic Centre. Participants learn the fundamental aspects of swimming, develop confidence, and learn to stay safe in the water as well as breathing techniques, floating, kicking, various swimming strokes, and eventually techniques to improve endurance and stamina.

Bowling

Bowling is a popular sport amongst our members. Our skilled coaches, Mr. Tan Kim Joo, Mr. Daniel Chang, who conduct our classes at the Singapore Recreation Club, and Mr Richard Tan Sok Pin who conducts our classes at the Civil Service Club, Tessensohn Road, work on techniques of bowling and prepare participants for competitive events.

Yoga

The Yoga sessions are facilitated by Ms. Adrienne Low, who is a practitioner of Yoga Therapy. The programme comprises a special selection of Yoga exercises suitable for persons with Down syndrome, that help to stimulate physical coordination, mental clarity, and social development as well as increase body awareness, strength and flexibility.
