Requirements: - Degree / Diploma in special education.
- Preferably with experience in working with persons with special needs / Down syndrome.
- Passion, enthusiasm and strong commitment are essential qualities.
Description Plan the Individualised Education Plans (IEP) with the Head of Department / Curriculum Developer and other relevant professionals.
Develop, prepare and implement relevant lesson plans to ensure that the client achieves the identified learning goals as planned.
Monitor IEP to ensure the client is achieving the educational, and behavioural goals as scheduled.
Conduct quarterly evaluation of the IEP and submit reports to the Head of Department for purposes of review of education plans.
